Once your repayment proposal has been sent to the credit providers, we will hand your file to our appointed Attorneys.
You will receive correspondence from the Attorneys in the form of an Affidavit which you have to have Commissioned and signed. You have to send this document back to the Attorneys within a day or 2 of having received it in order for them to set the matter down at court.
Where all your credit providers consent to the debt review we will obtain a consent order and forward it to each credit provider.
Where one or more credit provider does not accept the repayment proposal, our Attorneys will make an application to a Magistrate for a ruling.
